 /
Director of St. George Office

Terance began his career with NWL Architects in 1994 and is now Director of the St. George office. Over the years, he has built a deep portfolio that spans federal projects, municipal facilities, and complex school remodels—balancing the demands of large-scale developments with the care required for smaller community-focused work.

Terance brings a strong technical foundation to every phase of a project. This skill is demonstrated as he guides project managers during design and document preparation activities. He is especially valued for his steady leadership during construction administration, often bridging the gap between design intent and real-world execution. His work spans years of managing design and construction activities throughout Southern Utah.

In addition to his project work, Terance plays an active role in business development, helping guide the firm’s continued growth and client partnerships.
