The Southern Utah Veterans Home is a new, state-of-the-art 100,500 square foot facility conveniently located under the Big Red Majestic Mountain in Ivins City. This facility provides top-notch accommodations for veterans in need of long-term care, including Rehabilitative Services, Memory Care, and Hospice Care.

Under one roof, the facility features nine separate communities, each promoting a unique, home-like environment. Each community includes a kitchen, dining room, living room, and 12 spacious, fully furnished private rooms with private bathrooms and showers. Two of these communities are dedicated to Memory Care, sharing a common courtyard with enhanced safety measures and carefully designed outdoor pathways.

A central administrative wing houses offices, a barbershop, occupational therapy rooms, and a recreation space designed for daily entertainment and social activities. Another wing is dedicated to food services and laundry facilities. Nurses' stations are strategically placed throughout the facility to efficiently serve all nine communities.
