The Box Elder County Mosquito Abatement District Facility consists of the 12,750 sf main building housing offices, laboratory, showers, conference room and mezzanine. There are four pull through bays, a vehicle maintenance bay with a hydraulic lift and a wash bay.  Space for truck storage is also included. There is a separate 30’ x 60’ building on the site for hazardous material (pesticide) storage. The building is constructed of CMU with a single ply membrane roof. A special feature of this facility is a two level coy pond water feature at the main entry area.
