Ben Lomond High School Pool Renovation/Addition consisted of removing the existing 6 lane pool and installing a new 6 lane pool with a recreational slide and diving board.  Removing and replacing the plumbing, mechanical, electrical, lighting, sound, and fire alarm systems. Installing a new fire sprinkling system, reconfiguring locker rooms, restrooms, office area, and balcony to accommodate ADA compliance and the changing needs of the owner. Complete seismic upgrade and reroof. The work also included a 2,800 square foot addition that includes a swimmers staging area and a pool equipment room. The existing site was modified to include ADA accessible entrances and accommodate the new addition, including a new parking area and patio.
