NWLA Response to COVID-19

To our valued Clients, Consultants & Friends:

As the COVID-19 virus effects have intensified, NWL Architects has been monitoring government and health officials’ statements and are in direct discussions with industry peers, to determine how to responsibly react in our employees’ and client’s best interest.

Over the past weeks we have been actively preparing software and hardware protocols that will allow our employees to work from home as efficiently as possible. Secure access to NWL’s servers and our Client’s information has been of paramount importance for our dedicated IT staff during this process.

As of today, our office doors remain open, but we are strongly suggesting that our employees opt to work remotely from their homes.

NWL Architects will manage all live (in-person) coordination meetings with Owners, Client Reps, Consulting Engineers etc. remotely via Zoom, GoToMeeting, Skype or other preferred conferencing software. Information regarding these meetings will be distributed to you via your NWL contact typically in-charge of meeting coordination. Please be patient with the first few meetings as invites and software is disseminated to the team members and adjustments made.

One-on-one or essential client, orvendor meetings can be held on an as-needed basis at NWL’s offices.

NWL Architects has decided to suspend all travel both international and domestic until further notice. Those that were traveling last week outside the continental US have been asked to isolate themselves for 14 days. It is our intent that the measures we are taking are in-line with suggested precautions to help reduce the rapidity of the virus’ initial spread and to protect our employees and their families.

The precautions we have outlined above, may result in some inevitable delays in the production of our services. However, we would like to stress that we are reacting as quickly as possible to allow our employees to work remotely in as seamless and efficient manner with as little impact to your project as possible.

Should there be any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Warm regards,

NWL Architects
