Karina joined NWL Architects in 2012 and began leading the firm’s Interior Design Department in 2022. She has managed projects across Latin America and Europe, but learned the most from serving as a lead on the domestic Red Cliffs Utah Temple – an experience that deepened her expertise and helped shape her leadership approach.

Naturally organized and collaborative, Karina brings clear communication and close coordination to every project, thoughtfully guiding interior elements from fabric selections to decorative finishes and art glass. She is a self-motivated problem solver who embraces challenges and continually looks for more efficient ways to improve design, training, and management processes. Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Revit, Karina is committed to delivering thoughtful, well-executed designs that align with project goals and timelines.
