Oquirrh Mountain, Utah Temple

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints

The 60,000 square foot Oquirrh Mountain Utah Temple is built on a bluff at the edge of the Daybreak development in South Jordan, Utah and offers tremendous views of the majestic Wasatch range. The edifice features a single stone-clad spire soaring to a height of 171 feet, topped by a statue of the angel Moroni.  The structure is clad in stone and highlighted by beautiful art glass fenestration.  Located on an 11- acre site, the temple sits at the foot of the Oquirrh Mountains that form the western edge of the Salt Lake Valley and face east toward a panoramic view of the Wasatch Mountains.
