The branch bank with drive-thru teller lanes, interior tellers and loan and customer services are provided on the main floor of the two-story structure. The second story houses bank staff with a large conference room and complete office amenities.

A stand alone branch bank for the State Bank of Southern Utah in Filmore, Utah was completed shortly after the Richfield office and branch.
