Box Elder County is
the fourth largest county in Utah and with
a growing population the need for educational facilities has increased.
In the mid-90s Naylor Wentworth Lund Architects developed a prototype
intermediate school facility to accommodate sixth and seventh grades for
the Box Elder School District. This wonderful school facility is the result
of a carefully planned process of collaboration between school district
administrative staff, community leadership and professional design team
members. The open dialogue and
pre-design planning processes helped develop an extremely functional and
educationally successful school building.
